How to clear the mobile app data? (Android)
- Go to your phone settings and click on Apps
- Search for MDBilling.ca app and click on the app
- Click on ‘Storage’ -> ‘Clear data’
- After clearing the app data, run the first time setup in the app by logging in with your username and password. You can reuse or create a new PIN.
*All your data (patients, claims, and templates) are stored on our servers. You will not lose any data when you clear data for the app.
