How to clear the mobile app data? (Android)

1. Go to your phone settings and click on Apps
   
   
   
2. Search for MDBilling.ca app and click on the app
3. Click on ‘Storage’ -> ‘Clear data’
4. After clearing the app data, run the first time setup in the app by logging in with your username and password. You can reuse or create a new PIN.

*All your data (patients, claims, and templates) are stored on our servers. You will not lose any data when you clear data for the app.
