How to Connect My Data Centre with Your Software

BC Practitioners or billing software providers (like MDBilling) have a registered Data Centre number that tells MSP where the claims are coming from. Every claim you submit needs to have your payee number and a Data Centre number.  

If you have your own data centre and wish to use it to bill on MDBilling.ca, please go to <Welcome> → Manage Teleplan

Select a Payee Number → Enter the data centre information → click Save

You also have the option for our system to update your data centre password automatically by toggling “Yes” for Auto Update Password. By doing so, our system will automatically update your password every 30 days.

To obtain your updated data centre password, please contact the Teleplan to reset it.
