OHIP error code – V35- Invalid OOP/OOC Service

Background

Service code being billed is invalid, not eligible for payment. In order to receive full funding, certain insured services must receive prior written approval before any services are provided. The Ministry recommends that prior written approval be received before the requested medical services are provided.

Solution

Confirm prior approval has been received before resubmitting the claim.
