Why I don't receive a deposit when my remittance says I was paid

Question

In my remittance it says I was paid but there is no matching deposit in my bank account.

Answer

You will need to contact the MSP (1-866-456-6950) to confirm the banking information they have on file.

 
If you have not done so, please fill out the Application for Direct Bank Payment form in the URL below:
https://www2.gov.bc.ca/assets/gov/health/forms/2832fil.pdf
Once complete, you can send it to the address indicated at the bottom of the form.
