How to edit a claim on the mobile app?
1. Select the claim on the Dashboard or Lookup the claim from the left menu
Note: If the correction is unrelated to the service codes, skip step #2 - 4.
2. Tap on Service Entered
3. Swipe left and delete the service that needs to be corrected.
4. Go back and re-enter the service with the correct information.
5. Correct the other claim information (patient's information, facility, service date, etc.)
6. Tap on Save Claim or Save and Submit Claim
