OHIP Error Code - TM7 - Dental Services Not Payable Under Virtual Care Program

Background:

The “TM7” error code will be issued and the entire claim will be rejected and returned on the dentist’s error report if the service is not payable under the Virtual Care Program.

Solution:

The dentist will need to confirm if the correct fee service code was billed with the virtual care claim and take appropriate action.
