How do I change default specialty?
To change your default specialty in our system, please log into the web portal on your computer -> go to Settings -> MY DETAILS -> Select the proper specialty -> Save (see screenshots below).
On your mobile app, please log out and log back in so that the new settings will be synced in your app. To view the specialty selected on your claims, you can go to left navigator - "Preferences" - Select "Enable Multiple Specialty Billing". When you create a new claim you will see the Specialty field.
