Question: How do I select the Service Location Indicator (SLI) for OTN?
Answer: To be able to select SLI for each OTN claim first you will need to enable it in your account under MY PREFERENCES.
Instructions for the web:
1. Go to Settings (under your username)
2. My Preferences
3. Click 'Enable Service Location Indicator' (This will be under the heading - 'Specific To Medical Disciplines')
4. Save All Preferences
Once the preference has been enabled, you will notice the 'Service Location' drop down in your claims under the Admission Date box. You can then select the appropriate Service Location Indicator for your claim.
Instructions for the mobile app:
1. Go to Preferences
2. Toggle on 'Enable Service Location Indicator
3. Open a new claim
4. From the Service Location field, select the appropriate Service Location Indicator for your claim.
