What to do if your OHIP claims aren't submitting
Question: Over the past week I have billed claims and submitted them. They are now still sitting in the "Unsubmitted" file some of them for over a week? Is there another step I am missing?
Answer: It is likely your EDT account has not been configured with our system. Please provide us with your EDT information by logging into our web portal: Navigate to the top right under “Welcome” → EDT → SETUP → and following the instructions.
