How to change your password

To keep your account secure we recommend that you change your password on a regular basis. Use a password that can’t be easily guessed. It’s a good idea to use numbers and special characters to make the password stronger.

How to change your password

Go to Settings (under 'Welcome') -> Password (see screenshot).

Or select 'Forgot your password?' on the Login page

Note: For sub-users  (billing agents) accounts, you will need to select a physician first before having access to the account settings.

To further increase the security of your account you can enable two-factor authentication.
