How to update your profile

If you want to update your:

  • General information. Go to PREFERENCES -> My details.
  • Billing number or email address. Send us an email at and we can update it for you.
  • RA inquiry Profile. Go to <Welcome> -> Settings -> "Form & Document Details" on the left menu. settings menuMy details menu item 
  • Username. Unfortunately, a username cannot be changed once an account is set up. It is a standard format for all users.
  • Credit Card Information (including Billing Address). Go to MY INVOICES -> My Credit Card Information -> Change Payment.
