OHIP Billing Tip #7 - Invoicing


How our invoicing works

For Self Service (software only) plan, you do not have to enter your credit card information in our system during the free trial period. However, upon reaching above the $15,000 of paid claims, our system will automatically send you reminder emails to enter a valid credit card.

You will receive your invoices via email on a monthly basis. Your credit card will be charged on the 21st day of the month.

During your first month working with, you might see an invoice of -$37.50.
The -$37.50 is a credit for the free trial for the first $15K billed ($15K x 0.25% = $37.50). The amount carries over every month. We invoice monthly, users can find out more about our billing cycle here:

The trial period ends when you consume your credit of $37.50 (ie. bill more than $15K). Once we have a charge pending after your free trial, we will request your credit card information.

To update your credit card information, navigate to MY INVOICES -> My Credit Card Information -> Change Payment.
