As a time saving feature, users are able to utilize templates, which can quickly pre-populate fields when creating new claims in the “New Claims” screen.
A template contains the following variables:
- Template name
- Diagnostic code
- Manual review
- Service codes and quantity
To add templates, go to PREFERENCES (under username)→ Add Template under "My Templates"
Enter the detailed information for your templates and save. You can select your default template. Your templates can be edited anytime.
Select "My Preferences" on the left menu → Select "Enable Templates" → Save
Once the templates are enabled, you will be able to use you templates when creating a new claim.
