OHIP Billing Tip #23 - Forgot Password


If the user attempts an incorrect password multiple times they will be locked out of the system.  Please use the "Forgot password" to generate a new password at the log in screen before this happens. A new password will be sent to the email that is in our system.


Once the new password is received the user can go to the Settings (under username) -> Select "Password" on the left menu and create a new password.
