I am unsure why we have received this since we are still in our trial period.

Please respond as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Dr. T

Hi Dr. T

Please be advised that Physiotherapy billings through OHIP are paid at $0.00. Clinics are paid through a special funding which is not calculated from the fee schedule. As such, our fees of 0.25% of paid does not apply. Therefore, we are charging you $50/month flat fee which represents the maximum charge of $600 per year.

However, since you are within the 60-day free trial period, your $50 monthly fee can be waved and your invoice will be adjusted next week.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.
