How to bill with multiple specialties

Question

I am certified to practice X  and Y. I sometimes use X billing codes. However, I have been getting rejections when I use the X codes (e.g. claim 171). Is this because I have listed Y as my specialty on MDBilling and is it possible to have both X and Y?

You will need to setup your preferences to allow multiple specialties. Go to MY PREFERENCES tab to configure multiple specialties.
