Billing premiums for MRP subsequent visits

Question:

When I bill 4 consecutive C002A on a patient and add E083A to the parent service C002A, OHIP is only paying me for one E083A on the first C002A, the other days I do not get the extra $9.30 per visit. Do I have to bill each C002A with each E083A separately?

Answer:

You have to add an MRP premium E083A for each C002A visit/date. For example, if you are billing C002A on three dates, then you need to enter E083A three times.
