Hi there,

I am a new customer using your billing software.
I noticed that the area where I used to enter anesthesia start time and end times is no longer on the page. Therefore, I can't enter those times on the claim. Do I just enter the number of time units in the quantity box (as I calculate myself)?

Go to MY DETAILS. There is a checkbox called "enable time units".
Toggle that and you will be able to enter start / end times.

Alternatively, you can calculate the time units yourself and enter
that in the quantity.
