Submit all claims at once

Question

I'm new to the software. I have entered all my claims but cannot figure out how to submit my claims.
Do I hit the "Upload Claims" button?....it seems to ask for a file. There is no "Submit all claims" button.....or do I have to submit each one individually?

Also, I was previously able to edit my claims but now I can't seem to...could you tell me what happened?

Answer

You can go to CLAIMS --> Saved Claims (left menu) --> "Submit all" to submit all your saved claims.

You can edit your claim when it is under "Saved" status. Once it is submitted, no change can be made.

You can delete the claim if it is still under "Unsubmitted" status.
