How do I change my login name

Question

I have changed my last name and I've changed the bank account as well for you to take your payments. I will send in the form to change accounts for OHIP to deposit payments to. How do I change this information with you?

Answer

We have updated your last name in your profile in our database. However, your login will remain the same as it was originally set up as such, and our system cannot change the login name after usage of the account.
