How do I change the version code of a claim already submitted

Question

I just got the health card number for my claim #202 which has been submitted as I didn't have the full policy details at the point of submission. I have now added the health card number and version code to the patient's details on your software.

Since the claim has already been submitted will the updated information be added automatically to his details or do I need to re-submit a new claim for this patient?

Answer

MoH will reject the claim if the health card information is inaccurate. When the claim is rejected, you can edit the patient's profile then resubmit the existing claim. There is a video tutorial "How to Resubmit Claims".
