How to bill consults or non-time based codes

Question

I am trying to submit a claim for a case that was cancelled prior to the induction of anesthesia. I believe the code is C012. 

The program asks for start and end time. Not sure how to go about this and would appreciate your help.

Answer

For consults or non-time based codes, use qty=1, and leave the start/end time = blank.
