How to link premiums to parent codes

How do I link the special visit premiums to the assessment codes? Do I use the checkboxes at the bottom of the claim page?

Answer:

The parent premium checkboxes are meant to calculate the % premiums (e.g. E409, E083). As such, there is no need to use the checkboxes to link the "fixed fee" premiums (e.g. K995, C995) to the parent codes as long as they are entered in the same claim as the parent codes.
