Two claims have been rejected from my first submission. How do I find out why they were rejected? Usually there is a rejection code from the Ministry. Thanks. Dr. G
- Login as normal
- Click on the Claims tab
- On the left hand side click on Rejected Claims
- In the list that you will see, click on the Accounting ID. It will take
you to the claim
- On the claim you will see the reason(s) why it was rejected
- Make the appropriate changes and click Save & Submit
