How To Submit Manual Review

Hi,

It is the first time that I have to send a manual review to the MOH. I have created a letter and obtained the document that I need to send. I am dealing with the Oshawa office. I can not find the fax number where I have to submit the demand. Do you have this information?

 I need to resubmit a claim with manual review adding the operative protocol. How can I do this with your system?

 

There is a video tutorial under "Advanced Tutorial" within the HELP tab. Obviously, you have to set the claim to "Manual Review" within the record.
