Hello.

I have a claim ID # 1305 that has been entered on Dec 27, 2012, and submitted, yet not been paid yet. Upon checking it, it just shows a blank record.

You may have submitted the claim without any services. Try recreating the 

claim.

Hi. That is weird. You'd think they would have rejected that out of the system already? I can't resubmit till it's rejected in case I'm billing twice, if they can see the info and I can't.

Not to worry. The blank claim is harmless. Just create a new claim.
