Blank Claim Submission

Question:

I have a claim ID that has been entered and submitted, yet not been paid yet. Upon checking it, it just shows a blank record (no services entered on the claim). What should I do with this claim/what happened?

 

 

Answer: 

You may have submitted the claim without entering any services. Try recreating the claim with correct services and resubmit.  The blank claim submitted is harmless (will be rejected or adjusted by MoH, no payment).
