How can I simplify my OHIP medical billing when I bill the same code on the same day for all patients

Question:

I need to bill a G512 every Monday on all of my active palliative patients. It is a bit tedious to do this. Is there a way to use the same code and date and create a list every week for the patients I need to bill for?

Answer:

You can use our automatic code: G51XA (you can find more details under HELP --> Automatic codes).

Alternatively, you can use our spreadsheet importer.  Simply change the service date, and re-upload the spreadsheet every Monday. You can find the spreadsheet importer for OHIP billing on the LEFT navigation menu -> Import Claims.
