I was submitting claims and accidentally submitted one twice for the same
patient (Claim ID 863) - is it possible to cancel this claim
and I can re-submit it (or only submit it once instead of twice)?
The claims should be V406A - 367
Unfortunately, once you submit, the system locks the record for
transmission. This is a fail-safe feature.
In any case, MoH will detect the duplicate claim and will only pay for one
