My name is Dr. R, and I have submitted 35 claims and they
have all been rejected.
It says Error code : EH2
- Version code does not match health number version code for service date.

Can you please tell me what this means?
This means the "Version code" of the patient health card is invalid. You
will need to contact the hospital and/or patient to correct this
If you need assistance, we offer "full" billing services, where we can
contact the hospital/patients and reconcile on your behalf. We charge 2.5%
for this service.
