I continue to have problems with submitted my claims. The error for each claim is as follows:
* - Version code does not match health number version code for service date.
* - Mismatched Version Code
How do I go about correcting the errors?

EH2 errors are one of the most common rejections. You will need to
validate the 2-digit version code with the hospital/family doc, or
potentially with the patient. The version code changes whenever the health
card is renewed.
Sorry to bother you again. What 2-digit version code am I looking for? Is it the facility name I choose when I enter a new claim? For example, when I look up "Lakeridge Health Corporation - Oshawa Site," is it the "AT," "CR," versus "AM" type that I have to choose correctly?

The 2-digit is patient specific. It needs to be entered in the "View
