How long does it take for claims to be received by Ministry of Health

I tried to submit to OHIP several hours ago for the first time. How do I make sure they went through?

Answer

Usually, it takes up to 3 days to receive the batch number after submitting your claims. Please be advised if you receive a batch confirmation number for your claims, it means they have been successfully received by the MoH.

To find the batch number, please log into your web account and look under the "LOOKUP CLAIMS" (screenshot below).
