Rejection - District Code

Hi, 

I have received rejection report saying " incorrect district code- correct and resubmit". I did not enter any district code prior to using your service. The closest thing i selected was MOH district office, which has not changed since i started using mdbilling. Please can you suggest how these errors can be corrected. Thanks

Hi Dr. O

You have your profile setup with the incorrect district code (as per the rejection notice). You will need to contact MoH Registration office to check on the correct district code based on your primary practice location (ie/ MoH processing office), and then resubmit your claims.

Once you confirm your district office, you can change the district office in our system under MY PREFERENCES.
