Rejection - DOB And The Health Number Don't Match

Hi, 

Last two weeks, I am getting rejected claims. Reason: DOB and the health
number don't match...These are of regular patients who have been seen by
the dr for the last twenty years....We confirmed the info again (no changes
were made as the all info was correct) and the claims are still rejected???
We would like to know how to fix the problem?????

Please note that previously, the MoH changed the DOB on their end if
there's only minor mistake, but start rejecting if the DOB doesn't match
recently.

You may need to confirm with your patients about the DOB, or contact your
claim assessor if the claim has been rejected with an incorrect error
message.
