My April claims were successfully submitted and "paid", according to your software, but there was no deposit to my chequing account. Can you suggest reasons why?
If you generate your Claim Payment Summary Report for the current month, you will see there's Accounting Transactions of $21,100. This is the estimated amount that MoH paid you for the previous unprocessed claims that you submitted on time (i.e. before 18th of the month) because they were understaffed. MoH has the responsibility to "loan" you for the claims they did not process on time.
In the April payment report you can see they reversed the $21,100 for the previous month and "loaned" you another $10,500 for the current month, which causes the difference of -$10,494.95 along with the age premium. As a result, you will not receive any payment because of the negative grant total.
