When Will The Unprocessed Claims Be Paid

Follow

Originally from ticket #494.

Hi,

I have noticed that I have multiple claims that say they are submitted over the past couple of months, but that is all it says beside the claim. I have not been paid for them, as the status says that it is just submitted.
What is going on with this? Do these need to be resubmitted??
Thanks,
Dr. S.

I noticed that most of your claims were paid, with a only handful that were submitted.

I am confirming that all your claims were uploaded successfully - there is a MOH Batch ID confirmation. Due to MoH consolidating district offices, they have been busy internally and may have not been able to work on your claims. In our experience, it is best to contact your Claim Assessor and request an update of these claims. He/She will then work on them.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

How do I get the detailed remmitance report. When I generate the report on MDbilling software, it does not go into any detail about the payments.

Thanks

See attached settings you will need to generate for August payment report.

Thanks, that worked perfectly. Does the ministry normally pay an estimation for unprocessed claims? At the bottom of the report, what does accounting transactions mean?

Thanks,

Dr. S.

Correct. they are understaffed, and since you probably submitted on time (before 18th), they have the responsibility to "loan" you for the claims they did not process on time. That is the accounting transaction you are probably seeing.
