A3E - No such service code for date of service



This rejection often indicates an invalid service code for your specialty.

Verify if the service code is appropriate. 

You can contact your Claim Assessor for guidance and to check if you billing profile is set up correctly.

    I have been always most careful with the coding. I billed K083A for the specialty service as per recent instructions for electronic communication. that is the regular service divided by 5 and then having the required unit. I would be most obliged if you would kindly tell me how to rectify any fault I may have done. the billing always sks for a 5 letter and digit icon,so I added "A" to k083. please help. many thanks
