OHIP Error Code - ENP - Invalid service code for Nurse Practitioner referrals

Background:

The service code submitted is not eligible to bill with Nurse Practitioner referrals.

Solution:

• Confirm if you are using the correct service code
• Confirm if the services billed are referred by an NP or a physician.
• Correct the service code or referral information and resubmit. Please refer to the Schedule of Benefits or contact your MoH Claim Assessor for advice.
