ET1 - Provider Not Registered for Virtual Care Program

Background:

The “ET1” error code will be issued and the entire claim will be returned to the physician’s/dentist’s error report if a virtual care claim is submitted by a physician/dentist who is not registered as eligible to bill for video visits.

Solution:

Complete the “OHIP Virtual Care Physician & Dentist Registration Form” and email this form to serviceactivation@otn.ca or fax to 416-354-8280. If a Registration Form was already completed, signed, and submitted, contact OTN to confirm the status. The ET1 rejected virtual care claims can be re-submitted when OTN acknowledges that the physician’s/dentist’s Registration Form has been received and processed.
