Enable the Service Location Indicator under MY PREFERENCES:
Telemedicine code is billed but "Service Location Indicator" is missing. Please select the "Service Location Indicator". If the billing is not for telemedicine services, then resubmit the claim without the telemedicine premium/tracking code.
