Hello, I submitted multiple claims Sept 12th 2017. The claims were accepted and most have been paid, except 2. They still say 'submitted' as the status. They were not rejected. They were submitted at the same time as all my other claims, so if they have not been rejected why am I not being paid for them? Thanks!

Please be advised the claims that were submitted after September 18th will be processed in the November RA. If your claims were submitted before September 18th, you will need to contact your MoH Claim Assessor to follow up the status of the claims.
