How to filter claims by diagnostic code (Dx)

Generate the 'Export Claims' Report under REPORTS & FORMS - Advanced Reports - Export Claims.

You can customize the specifications in the report such as dates, facility, claim status, etc. This report contains all the claim information such as patient's information, health card version codes, service code, service date, diagnostic code, etc. You can also sort the report by any of the claim information.  Once the report is generated, you can then sort the spreadsheet by service codes.
