How to Cancel an "Unsubmitted" Claim?


How do I look up the list I claimed today. I made a number of errors and need to cancel and rebill. Today is the first time I billed.

Thank you for your email.

Please be advised that your claims can still be edited or deleted if the claim status is 'Unsubmitted' (meaning the claims are in the queue of submission). 

You can either:

1) Stop the transmission. Go to 'Lookup Claims' -> select the accounting ID -> Edit Claim (See screenshot). The claim status will then be changed to 'Saved'

2) Delete the claim. Go to 'Lookup Claims' -> Action -> Delete (see screenshot below)
