Health Card Validation

Our system can validate the version code provided.
The HCV messages populate based on a live connection with the Ministry's health card database. 
When the system populates a message indicating the version code or health card is 'invalid', you will have to contact your patient to obtain the updated version code. The Ministry of Health does not provide updated version codes through the HCV feature.
