We offer Ad-Hoc billing support at $50 per hour (rounded at full hour) to help physicians with the following:

• Fix & resubmit rejections
• Payment reconciliation
• Appeals / RA Inquiries

How to submit an ad-hoc service request?

On the web portal-> navigate to HELP ->Ad-Hoc Request.

On the Mobile App-> navigate to top left hamburger menu -> select Ad-Hoc Request

One of our billing staff will review the Physician's request and provide an estimated time needed to complete it.
